Lisa knows her stuff, and goes above and beyond, is able to tackle strange and unusual hiccups, and reassures when her customer gets anxious. She is able to be creative with solutions, has vast resources at her fingertips, is familiar with the local market in which we were selling our home and did not inflate a price but priced it to sell. She did not demand a huge list of cosmetic and costly upgrades in order to win our listing. The suggestions she made were do-able and not overwhelming. The Toril team is amazing! Our first point of contact was Lisa Hudson whom I believe is a Listing specialist. Lisa gets the ball rolling fast. In fact when Lisa first sat down to meet with me she asked if we were ready to move fast because she believed our house would sell fast. And we were in contract in 3 days after listing our home for sale. The process to list our home went fast and Lisa knew exactly what we needed to do to make our listing stand out. My husband and I are polar opposite when it comes to what we like in a home. After taking us all over King County Looking at countless homes, Katie suggested a home for us to take a look at. The home Katie had suggest that day turned out to be the perfect combination of what my husband and I were looking for in a home. Katie figured out how to make us both happy in a home that will be our forever home. Katie’s hard work continued and she went to bat for us many times during this process. Katie went about and beyond and she didn’t rest until we closed on home and even came by after we moved in!
