Trek Across the US

Moving across the county with a family of 5 can be a daunting task.  Changing schools, finding a newcommunity of friends, just finding a new grocery store can be stressful!

The Temple’s were going to take the trek from Louisiana to Washington State soon!  They needed an agent to help and reached out on social media. 

The Toril Sells Houses team came highly recommended.  A connection was made, and the Temple family scheduled a time to fly out and look at homes. They hit the pavement running, searching from Bremerton, through Port Orchard and finally into Gig Harbor where they absolutely fell in love with the sceneryand town .

The 7th home they looked at was in a charming neighborhood where they could see themselves raising their family, having backyard bbq’s and enjoying the neighborhood park.

They were nervous as they submitted an offer, knowing how tough the market was.  The Toril Sells Houses Team implemented proven strategies to negotiate a winning offer for them, and they were able to beat out another offer!

Back in Louisiana, they prepared for the big move knowing their real estate team was on it and taking care of all the details while they packed and said their goodbyes.

Now they are settled into their new home and enjoying springtime in the Pacific Northwest.
