Joey had been serving with the United States Coast Guard for the past sixteen years. Like most military families, he and his wife Rosalie, had seen much of what this nation has to offer. They were currently living in South Carolina, but wanted to make Washington State their forever home. Joey had done everything right; he’d saved his money, done his homework, and was more than ready to find a home that he and his wife would enjoy for many years to come.
