A River Runs Through It

“Can you help my parents sell their investment condo?” 

A call like this could have come from anywhere, into any real estate office.

This was not a particularly unusual call for the Toril Sells Houses Team. Every day they receive calls just like this one, from both potential and current clients looking for help buying and selling homes and real estate throughout the state, and the country.

The caller in this case was a woman named Jennifer. As it turns out, she and Toril had gone to high school together. Jennifer knew in the years following graduation, Toril had gone into real estate, branching out with her own team. Jennifer also knew that when she needed some help with real estate, she could always turn to the Toril Sells Houses Team for help. That’s just what she needed now – help selling her parents’, George and Gwen’s – investment condo.

But their story was far from over.

With parents George and Gwen living on one side of the mountains in Auburn, and Rob and Jennifer living on the other side in Asotin, this close knit family was further apart than they’d ever expected or wanted to be. George and Gwen wanted to be close to their family, as well as the river. It was moving day once again. Luckily, Jennifer was ready to offer a recommendation.
