I am passionate about my family, my friends, our clients and my peers. I am driven and motivated to inspire others, I enjoy influencing and helping others with their successes. I am determined to share my successes and my failures with others to help them achieve their goals faster. I absolutely enjoy learning and sharing. I care.
How much will you charge us to list our properties?
We don’t charge… we always earn our commissions. We will recommend compelling strategies for commissions based on your competition and our strategy. We are very strategic in positioning listings. We want to be “the house that everyone wants to sell” and “the home that everyone wants to buy!” It works! Our listings were on the market an average of 49 days in this last year and sold for 98.74% list price to sale price.
Are you able to handle our listing in addition to your regular business?
Our team is ready, willing and able to handle your property. We have sold over 100 properties a year for the last 10 years. We are privileged to work with a great team. Our team huddles @ 9:33am Monday- Friday to share energy, review strategies, properties and start the day with a bang! We have 2 awesome buyer specialists; an experienced closing manager that handles all offers and closings; an outstanding client care managers that handles listing coordination; a brilliant executive virtual assistant that backs up each department and implementation; an amazing field manager who makes sure our properties are inspected and are in the best possible condition with signs posted and flyers boxes full. I am the Broker and work with each department to co-create success. I also am the listing specialist “pricing queen”.

The name "Toril" comes from Norway and means "female warrior" - reflecting a competitive spirit and inner drive that Toril brings to everything she does. Toril grew up in the Lake Tapps area, where she definitely lived up to her name as a key member of the track team throughout high school. At 5'11, Toril not only stood head and shoulders above her teammates, but with her passion to succeed, she helped take her team to the state championships year in and year out. "Working hard and succeeding in sports taught me that giving your very best is truly the most important thing," says Toril, " I learned that is your care enough to always give it your all, the results will take of themselves." Torils name is hardly the only unique thing about her. She has a passion for helping others, especially when is comes to her community. Working closely with local businesses and individuals, Toril is a regular fund-raising participant for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and other events. And for several years, she has been a sponsor for community baseball, soccer, and basketball teams. Considering Toril's inner drive to achieve along with her passion for helping others succeed, it's not wonder she has become successful in her career as a real estate professional.
